In the cloudy doom and gloom stories about the worrisome state of real estate, there are always in your midst the people who are doers. The pilots, or as we call them at Help-U-Sell, the Eagles, who are taking charge of their time and energy. People making every day count. The second quarter has come and gone in a flash; no matter what inflation is or is not doing, or what noodling the Fed has done with the interest rate. These folks persist and it pays.
Springing back into first place is Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. The group effort has delivered 35 total sides for the second quarter, with a shocking 23 of them coming from sellers.
In second place is Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan. Jeff’s team amassed 26 sides for Q2, with 19 of those sides coming sellers (also wow!).
Third place brings our California king, Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. Patrick’s busy team finished the second quarter with 22 sides, 19 from sellers.
With just our top three producers, that is 61 seller sides. All the seller sides for the second quarter is 123. Just in one quarter, we are saving sellers a boatload of cash. You guys rock.

In first place is the “usual suspect” Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. With $17.5 million for the quarter, “usual” doesn’t quite cover the description of the efforts.
Jack Bailey of Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina takes second place here with $10.4 million for the second quarter. That’s a lot of dough!
Third place rounds up Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii. The Q2 total for Richard’s team is $9.5 million.
