While the government’s first-time homebuyer credit has expired, Help-U-Sell® has created a Homebuyer Stimulus Program* to continue the process of making homes affordable for today’s buyers who sign contracts on eligible Help-U-Sell participating homes between June 7, 2010 through Sept. 30, 2010 with closings by Dec. 31, 2010.
Credit Available Now
A credit of 3% up to $8,000 is available for all home buyers purchasing a qualified Help-U-Sell listed home. Qualified properties are identified on the Help-U-Sell website, www.helpusell.com.
The credit comes in the form of seller funded contribution toward the buyers’ non-recurring closing costs when the transaction closes. The seller’s contribution is reflected in the HUD-1 Closing Statement and reduces the amount of cash the buyer needs to complete closing.

Call your local Help-U-Sell Broker or visit www.helpusell.com to locate qualified properties. They’ll be clearly identified on the website. Note there are no restrictions on price or home buyer status (i.e. first time buyer) in this program. All that is required is for the listed property to be qualified. Qualified listings are identified as ‘Eligible’ on www.helpusell.com.
*Buyers can receive a 3% credit up to $8,000 for non-recurring closing costs on eligible Help-U-Sell property listings. Subject to all federal, state, local laws, and lender requirements. There will be no cash back at closing and all costs will be reflected on the HUD-1 statement as seller’s costs. This is NOT part of any tax credit or rebate program offered by the government.
