Scott Jackson is now the relationship manager for the Help-U-Sell® Bank of America® alliance.
He has eight years of mortgage industry experience. His tenure with the bank began in May of 2002. During that time, Scott has held a variety of positions, which has helped him develop a very well-rounded skill set. Scott began his career with the bank in the One Time
Close construction lending department. While in construction lending, he worked as a Builder Credit Analyst. In November of 2003, Scott transferred into the Secondary Marketing / Pricing Support Department working as a Senior. Pricing Support Desk Analyst.
With a desire to gain experience in mortgage sales, Scott decided to transfer back to the OneTime Close construction lending department to work as a Conversion Sales Support Specialist. While in that role, Scott worked with borrowers as their construction projects were wrapping up to finalize their permanent financing.
In July of 2009, Scott was presented with an opportunity to join Strategic Business Alliances to work as an Account Manager assigned to Bank of America’s national alliance with ZipRealty. Scott managed 10 of ZipRealty’s districts located in the Northeast. While under Scott’s management these districts experienced substantial increased in service levels, volume and capture rate. Scott was recently asked to transition from the ZipRealty Alliance to focus his attention exclusively on Bank of America’s Affinity and “Air Game” Alliances.
