Bank of America has an established Concierge Team to assist you and your clients. The Concierge team was established for the benefit of the customer, Help-U-Sell, as well as the participating Mortgage Loan Officers. The goal of the Concierge is to improve customer and business partner satisfaction by assisting the Loan Officer / Brokers to educate and move the customer through the mortgage process.
The Concierge team is staffed by mortgage professionals with an average of 7 years origination experience. The Concierge is available to assist with:
- Completion of loan applications (1003)
- Explanation of loan programs to interested home buyers
- Availability of pre-qualification letters to potential home buyers, agents, and business partners
- Assurance that Help-U-Sell agents and homebuyers have a knowledgeable and reliable contact they can reach immediately, should those involved in the transaction be unavailable.
The Bank of America Online Mortgage Center (OMC) enables Help-U-Sell home buyers to quickly input data about the home purchase they wish to make and some information about themselves. That information is electronically submitted to the Bank of America Concierge team and someone on that team will promptly contact the customer to complete the pre-qualification process.

Please note that once a customer is pre-qualified the Concierge will conduct a warm transfer and connect the customer with your designated Loan Officer.
