The very merry month of May contains several notable events, such as Star Wars Day (May the 4th be with you), Cinco de Mayo, Mother’s Day, National Rescue Dog Day, and of course, Memorial Day. May is also often the last stop between breezy spring weather and the swelter of summer. Just as the weather heats up, so do our Top Producers.
Hawaii real estate has been making the news recently as being even more competitive and robust than usual. As such, we find Richard Cricchio and his team from Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties at the top of our list with 13 sides. With ten sides coming from sellers, those clients saved a mauka of money (that’s “mountain” in Hawaiian).

Second place is a tie between the “Eagle in residence”, Jack Bailey, and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, and Michelle Morgan of Help-U-Sell Real Estate Specialists in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. It’s spectacular to see a different office breaking into the top three! Both Jack and Michelle’s offices cleared 11 sides for May.

Third place is another tie. This one is between Mario Ferrante’s team at Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan, and Patrick Wood and his team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. Both teams had eight sides total.
Real estate news reports seem to varying by the day. Some cities churn through new listings as quickly as they can be put on the MLS, and other areas are reporting a bit of a slow down. What a wonderful time to be Richard Cricchio and his team from Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties In Hawaii! Richard’s team managed to grab the brass ring at the top of both the Gross Sales Volume list and the Sides list for May. Coming in ahead by nearly $2.4 million, they landed at $8.6 million for the month.
Patrick Wood and his team at Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California, secured second place with $6.2 million in May. With a third place spot in the Sides report, too, clearly a job well done!
May was also a great month for Michelle Morgan of Help-U-Sell Real Estate Specialists in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Michelle and her team were in second place for our Sides list, and win third place on the Gross Sales Volume list with $5.4 million. Double tip of the hat for Michelle.
