We are fresh into 2022 and the first Top Producers report for the new year!
Predictions for real estate during what is now our third year <!> living with covid, are as wild and varied as they’ve always been. Some experts predict a bubble, while others foretell an outright crash, and still others say there will be a slow down – but that housing costs will continue to grow, even if the time between selling and buying slows down a little. What we know for sure is that our folks are not slowing down.
Case in point, we open the number one spot for New Year with a tie between Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, Minnesota, and Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Masters of Port Huron, Michigan. Both offices kicked off January by amassing 12 total sides.

Second place is a lovely familiar face: Kimber Regan from Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California. Her team nabbed 9 sides for the first month.
Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties of Oahu, Hawaii takes third place with 8 sides, proving once again that good service and client savings make for a busy team.
In fourth place, Jack Bailey and his team at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina end the first month with six sides.

On the Gross Sales Volume report we find our perpetual Eagle, Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties of Oahu, Hawaii. Starting the year off with $7.1 million in sales in a month would seem like 2022 is already has “manuwai” in place – determination!
Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, is right here riding shotgun and second place in January with $3.4 million in sales. Patrick’s team is always cranking out the sales in California.
In third place we find Kimber Regan (who was second place in sides!), from Help-U-Sell The Smart Choice in Hanford, California. With just $432,200 difference between second and third place, we expect a robust year for Kimber’s team.
