The first month of the second half of the year has a lot of anticipation built into it. It’s an appropriate time to gauge what you have accomplished so far against your plans, and an even better time to assess and make changes so that you can fly as high as you intended when you were making plans before the newest year began.
The highest of these flyers for July – well friends – that’s a tie!
Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, and Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan, greet the second half of the year with equal gusto and 15 sides a piece to match it. An excellent start to the second half from both top teams.
Mario Ferrante from Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan is back with seven sides in the seventh month. No doubt many more to come.
In third place is a different face! Ryan Joyce from Help-U-Sell Bakersfield Equity Savers in California, closes out July with five sides, in conjunction with his lovely bride and peppy partner, Jennifer.

On the Gross Sales Volume report, it’s looking a lot like “slow and steady win the race”.
Taking the lead here for a near total summertime sale spree is Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. The seventh month has brought many good things to his team. $4.7 million in sales is one of them.
Sailing steady into second place is Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, Minnesota. Debra’s Minnesota team helped accrue just over $3 million in sales for July.
Thriving in third is Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California. With $2.6 million for the month of July he continues to fly!
