We’ve also been seeing a lot of good things this year from Debra Schmidt and her team at Help-U-Sell Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, Minnesota. With 47 sides thus far, odds are looking pretty good at being in the top 5 for the year.

On the Gross Sale Volume Report, Patrick Wood of Help-U-Sell Prestige Properties in Chino Hills, California snags the 6 month lead away from Richard Cricchio. Patrick’s team finished first with just over $40.1 million in sales.
Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties takes second place with $34.5 million. This is a surprising development considering Richard has been in first place for most of 2021, but cumulative numbers can sneak up on you.
Third place brings us back to Jack Bailey and Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina. Those 87 sides from first place translated into $19.9 million in sales.
The astonishing part about these numbers is if you take just our top three eagles and total the money, you get $94,523,286. A traditional 6% commission on all that would have been $5,671,397. That is a seller savings that literally writes the advertising for you. Use it liberally!
