While F. Scott Fitzgerald was correct about the shifting of life patterns in September, he could not have predicted how much that applied to patterns in real estate. After all, the fall is typically a peak time when people are moving, buying, and selling homes for any number of reasons including work and back to school. There might be a summer slow down but then busy picks up again.
One of our consistent Top Producers, Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan, has harnessed that seasonal momentum for the close of summer and opening of fall. Jeff and his team take the top spot this month with 11 sides.
In the second spot: a three-way tie. This one features Debra Schmidt of Help-U-Sell Heritage Real Estate of Steele County in Owatonna, Minnesota, Jack Bailey at Help-U-Sell Greensboro in North Carolina, and Mario Ferrante from Help-U-Sell Metropolitan in Woodhaven, Michigan. All three offices put six total sides on the board.
In third place is Ryan Joyce from Help-U-Sell Bakersfield Equity Savers in California. His office finished September with five sides, which might be his lucky number because he has gotten on the board with it a few times now.
In fourth place is a four way tie with four sides each. We don’t care who you are, that’s just fun to say.

Paʻipaʻi (or applause in English) goes back to Richard Cricchio of Help-U-Sell Honolulu Properties in Hawaii, September ends with $3.1 million for the month.
In a stealth move to second is Yasumi Davis of Help-U-Sell Golden Homes in Martinez, California. She sold September smartly and put $2.4 million on the board.
Third place goes to our number one from the sides report: Jeff Hedberg of Help-U-Sell Real Masters in Port Huron, Michigan. With nearly $2.1 million to round out his sides, Jeff and the team had a spectacular September.
