Help-U-Sell brokers and their offices are working hard across the country. This month, we are highlighting now many of our team members are using technology and training to increase their business.

  • John Powell, CEO of Help-U-Sell and owner/broker at Help-U-Sell Galleria Realty in Tucson, Arizona, and Robbie Stevens, Help-U-Sell Tech Guru were interviewed by Real Trends about upcoming technology and business trends for 2010. The article should be out later in January.

  • Cindy Dokter, Help-U-Sell Long Beach Realty, Long Beach, California, joined Facebook after attending a Thursday training about “How to Manage Your Online Presence.”
  • Walt Hippauf, Help-U-Sell Peoples Real Estate in Philadelphia County is working on a listing presentation webinar to help his sellers save time and money.
  • Maurine Grisso, Help-U-Sell Santa Rosa, California,  continues to provide quality training on Train Thursday(s). She will be presenting University starting Jan. 21
  • Karen Detwiler, Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, just started a 5-month trial radio program on a local Country station called “Real Estate Minute” aired every Wednesday during morning drive times. So far, the feedback is good.
  • Paul McAlpine of  Help-U-Sell Consumers Advantage, Reno, Nevada, started a Facebook fan page for his business.
  • Mercedes Varela created a Facebook fan page for Help-U-Sell  San Fernando Valley Real Estate in Van Nuys, California.
  • Mikki Hart, Help-U-Sell Consumer Choice Realty, Amarillo, Texas, posted a sold photo on her Facebook page and got an immediate response from a seller saying: “Me, next!”
  • Ken Kopcho, Help-U-Sell Real Estate of Santa Maria, California, has 39 years of experience selling real estate. He has many friends on Facebook.
  • Steven Tabor, Help-U-Sell West Valley Specialists, Phoenix, Arizona, has a cool wrapped car as his photo on Facebook.
  • Maureen Fukumoto of Help-U-Sell  Realty Pro, Waipahu, Hawaii, is a regular on training calls.
  • Larry Bell, Help-U-Sell Northwest, Everett, Washington, is using a cool mapping tool to help his customer search for properties in his market area.
  • Michael Klein of Prescott Realty, Arizona, uses his Facebook to publicize the free weekly list of properties he publishes.
  • Lana Erwin, Help-U-Sell Edmond/OKC , says a new service as been added to called Find A Pro and they also have a service for real estate agents to connect with people who want to be added to the local MLS.
